Day 9 Review

Feeling good, we started the insanity max 30 workouts yesterday so today is day 2 of that. I am sore because of that I think. The food is still good so I am not really thinking about cheating or the foods that are off limits that much.

Day 9 Food

Breakfast
fratata
egg
fruit with cocanut and almond butter

meatloaf (ground beef, yellow bell peppers, yellow onion, red onion, zuccinni, salt, pepper, cajan spices)
mashed potates (potatoes, advacado, salt, pepper, meatloaf drippings)

Day 5 Reveiw

(writing on day 6 morning)

Yesterday I was feeling OK but very little patince with anyone/thing. Headache is almost gone. All in all feeling good and think I will make it the entire 30 days!! We are thinking of starting a workout plan at home starting monday, more to come on that later when we decide which one!!!!

Day 5 meals

Breakfast: same as the past few days, fratata, egg, fruit salad except i put almond butter on my fruit and it was amazing!
