So halfway thru the whole 30 and everything seems great, I am really enjoing the food and not being to repetitative except for breakfast and thats not that bad. I have “cheated” on one thing with the whole30, I have weighed myself weekly. during the whole30 you are only suppose to weigh yourself on day 1 and day 30. So not really that bad of a cheat.
I really am looking forward to the end and seeing how much I lose and having a semla a week or so AFTER we finish the whole30.
We also are now starting the 2nd week of insanity max 30 and it is crazy. I feel good about it and hope between this and the whole30 I can lose a bunch of weight!
